Bradford Village Earns 2025 Silver National Quality Award

Bradford Village Healthcare Center has been recognized as a 2025 Silver – Achievement in Quality Award recipient by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL).

This prestigious honor is the second of three possible distinctions through the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program, which celebrates providers that demonstrate a strong commitment to improving quality care and organizational excellence. Earning the Silver Award reflects the Bradford team’s dedication to striving for continuous improvement, outstanding care, and enhancing the quality of life for every resident we serve. Sometimes a single event can change your life. Perhaps it is an unexpected health emergency such as a stroke or heart attack. When difficulties take place, our clinical staff, including our certified Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, are available to help you regain independence, mobility and function at your own pace. Our staff respects your needs every step of the way. Skilled therapy can offer a highly effective follow-on regimen to a qualifying hospital stay for conditions including strokes, heart attacks, surgery, broken bones, joint replacement, & respiratory illness.

We offer Long-Term Care

Our long-term care residents receive nursing care while still enjoying daily opportunities to stay active, social, and engaged. We assist residents with everyday tasks such as medication administration, personal hygiene, self-care, and laundry services, while also coordinating healthcare services tailored to individual needs. Our team strives to create a warm, comfortable environment that promotes dignity, safety, and independence.
